KyPQC work's with healthcare providers, delivery hospitals, insurers, advocacy groups, national organizations, and other stakeholders dedicated to decreasing the rates of maternal mortality and neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) and improving maternal and infant health outcomes throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
